YouTube.com made this list to explain things you can said to then. I want explain my thoughts about then.

1)  I own the CD / DVD or bought the song online

YouTube.com reply this: Buying a song, CD, DVD or other piece of media doesn't give you authorization to post that content on YouTube. The content owner still has the right to choose where it is distributed.

My reply: Mainly when people post there CD, DVD. Are trying share something that enjoy with other-people. I view as promotion new fans, new people, and show are people enjoy by posting on websites like YouTube.com, Dailymotion. This including reviews, community's, fan-made videos, other-videos. I could possible make a list of number of videos me just playing video-game, doing community, other-things. Then the media company's like Fox, Universal Studios, other media company's punch us in the nose.

2)  I'm not selling the video or making any money from it.

YouTube.com reply Whether or not you benefit financially from using the content doesn't matter. Unless you have permission from the owner, it's not yours to use.

My reply: This mean make videos for fun,  comedy, and other-things could be crime to the company. Almost like give the fans big middle-finger to then by doing this.

3) I give credit in the video.

YouTube reply: Giving credit does not give you authorization to upload the content. Even if you never claimed to own the copyright or gave the copyright owner credit, posting these videos on YouTube may violate copyright law.

My reply: Why give-out credit to people made it. Ever-way maybe get piss-off with you later for posting there content.

4) I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material.

YouTube: I am sure that I have a license or written permission, and I want to dispute this claim.

Reply: I hope you like talking with other people ask for written permission or something one way or another. I all-ways thought company's didn't care if have license or written permission because thought understand not be a-hole to reviewers, Gamers, other-people. I was total wrong about that.

5) My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws.

YouTube.com reply: If you believe your use meets the legal requirements for exemption from copyright under appropriate law, you can dispute this claim. If you are unsure, you should seek legal counsel before submitting a dispute.

My reply: I have see things are not under hate-speech, hate-art, hate videos remove every that fully under fair-use.

6) The content is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection.

A work of authorship is in the public domain if it is no longer under copyright protection or if it failed to meet the requirements for copyright protection. Works in the public domain may be used freely without the permission of the former copyright owner. If all of the visual and audio content in your video is in the public domain, you may dispute this claim.

My reply: I wish more things were under public domain in this world. Almost like wish company's would host there own content non region-lock for free with ads or something like that.

After looking over this, give my thoughts. I have opinion that copyright-holders, companys truly ruin the internet in ways for me. YouTube.com used be website creative run free with reviews, community's about movies, video-games, TV-shows, music-videos. Now that website about trying not get sue by company`s.
